Shipping policy

Shipping Time:
Orders are processed and delivered within 72 hours. Please note that personalized items may take longer to process. If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, the non-personalized items will be shipped first, and the personalized items will follow separately.

·         Shipping Charges:
We charge shipping fees based on the rates of our delivery partner, depending on your location within India. Please note, we do not offer free shipping.

·         Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, we will send tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS so you can easily monitor your delivery.

·         Customs Duty & Taxes:
As we operate solely within India, no customs duties or export taxes will be applicable. All charges related to domestic shipping are covered under this policy.
