Refund policy

Return Policy:
We offer a 3-day return policy for all unused and unworn items. This policy applies to most products. Please note that the return window for these items is 7 days from the delivery date.

If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately for assistance.

On Product costing below Rs 499.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to:

1. Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
2. Provide a video of the packing process showing all items being returned (for verification purposes).
3. Ship the item back to us at the following address mentioned in contact us section.
4. Note: Shipping charges for returns are to be borne by the customer, and shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Missing Items in Return Orders:
In cases where a customer claims to return multiple items, but the actual pickup doesn't include all items, RUKMI Silver Jewellery reserves the right to deduct the amount equivalent to the missing item(s) from the refund amount.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned product(s) in our warehouse, the refund will be credited within 72 hours. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

No Refund entertained for Products costing below Rs 499.

Replacement & Exchange:
If you prefer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund, we will process the request as per the same conditions applicable to returns. A replacement will be shipped once the original returned item has been received and inspected. REPLACEMENT WILL BE SHIPED & DELIVERED WITHIN 7 DAYS.

Important Notes:

1. Empty or Missing Parcels:
   If you receive an empty parcel or a product is missing from your order, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We will require a 360-degree unpacking video as evidence to process your claim. Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in your claim not being honoured.
